Quality Control
& Punch List Inspections
Independent Quality Control Before Turnover
Top Level works directly with developers, builders and construction teams to identify and document deficiencies during the finishing and pre-turnover stages of construction.
We inspect units, common areas and amenity spaces for issues involving workmanship, finishes, installation and functionality, helping project teams address outstanding work before occupancy, possession or final turnover.
Our structured inspection process provides consistent documentation across high volume developments, giving your team a clear record of what requires correction, verification and closeout.
Why This Matters
The final stages of construction are where unresolved deficiencies can create delays, repeated callbacks and unnecessary pressure on project teams.
Our inspections help you:
Identify deficiencies before turnover
Maintain consistent standards across units and phases
Provide trades with clear, actionable documentation
Reduce post-possession call backs
Verify that repairs have been completed properly
Deliver a cleaner, more professional finished product
Structured Reporting & Documentation
Clear, consistent documentation helps project teams assign deficiencies, coordinate corrections and verify completed work efficiently.
Each deficiency can be documented with:
The exact unit, room or common area location
Clear photographs of the identified condition
A detailed, actionable description
The relevant category or trade, where required
Status updates and follow-up notes throughout closeout
We can work directly within your existing project management or deficiency tracking system, including platforms such as Procore, Dalux, FinishLine, HappyCo and Smartsheet. Where no platform is in place, we can provide structured reporting in an agreed format.
This creates a consistent, trackable record across units, project phases and inspection stages from initial identification through correction and final verification.
