Quality Control Inspections
This service is conducted after the builder has completed the construction of the unit(s) and prior to the unit(s) being viewed by the purchaser(s), renter(s) or investor(s). As an unbiased independent third party, Top Level Home Inspections inspects the unit(s) and identifies any remaining defects and deficiencies that are within the Construction Performance Guide for New Home Warranty in Alberta.
During each inspection completed you can expect the following inspected, but not limited to:
All walls, paint, baseboards and casings inspected
Functionality of doors, windows and cabinets tested
All plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers etc.) ran and tested for leaks
Appliances tested and inspected for defects
All flooring, flooring transitions and tiles inspected
Garage doors tested and inspected
Electrical outlets and switches tested and inspected
A detailed report along with photos submitted to you and your Construction team
All reports can be completed on your data base system or on Top Level Home Inspections devices
