Pre Delivery Inspection and Orientation
This orientation and inspection is an important step in completing the sales agreement with your
purchaser and is a requirement of your New Home Warranty Provider.
Throughout the Pre Delivery Inspection and Orientation, Top Level Home Inspections provides the following services:
Reviews all the customer’s selections and upgrades
Explains the 1,2,5, & 10 new home warranty coverage
Conducts an orderly demonstration of all the various operating features in the new home such as the high efficiency furnace and hot water tank, HRV system, humidifier, location of all water shut offs, CO2 carbon dioxide and smoke detectors
Documents any deficiencies noted at time of inspection on database system
Educates your purchasers on what to expect during their first year warranty period including how their builder will address any settlement at their year end
Provides annual maintenance tips to the purchasers
