New Homeowner Possession Walkthroughs
On the date of possession walkthrough, Top Level Home Inspections provides the following services:
Review and update status of any previous deficiencies that may have been recorded at the PDI accurately
Document any outstanding items on either your data base system or Top Level Home Inspection device
Inform purchaser of when they can anticipate completion of any remaining deficiency items
Review and have your purchasers sign their Certificate of Possession, Key Release Forms, Move In Checklists and any other applicable paperwork
Show all building amenity features, parking stall(s), storage lockers, gym, theater rooms, hobby room, bike storage room, garbage/recycling room, location of mailbox and operation of the intercom entry system, stairwell exits, elevator operation
Provide all applicable entry, common area, mail box keys and overhead door/FOB openers
Ask if there is anything further Top Level Home Inspections can provide to your purchasers at this time
